Can't go wrong with either - I really like sealed cabs, and hate tweeters, so I pick the Berg.

both have wheels, but the berg is 40 lbs. less weight to deal with and ime bergs are better quality cabs.
but if you want ported/ tweeter it's the mesa.
two very different cabs.

I have a ph 412, Love it to death soundwise, not really hard to move alone as it might seem, the rail sliders help so you don't have to bear all the weight. Once on the ground it move super easy. never heard a berg so I can't compare. hope this helps
