I've used both NV610 & 215 once. Not 2 610's tho.
Yes, huge volume. Far more than I need!

I'd LOVE to hear that combination!

I bet that an NV610 + NV412 would be sweet as well!

Yeah would be I'd think. Ain't got a NV610 to play with no more tho
If you needed the benefits 2 matching cabs this size can give, it'd be huge-2xNV610's.

cab

For anyone wondering what the nv610 sounds like graphically, I found this Beyma drivers response to "look" like I think the berg drivers sound like. Pretty cool.

The frequency response of that beyma driver (the frequency plot chart) looks like what Im hearing out of the berg drivers. Thats the best way I can describe it.

eq

I got an ART 355 dual 31 band eq with hi pass and low pass filters. It went in the master fx loop of a shuttlemax 9.2. What a great eq, it didn't sound like throwing a wet blanket over my amp when I plugged it in like I've had with other units. I basically looked at the frequency response of a beta 10a and made it flat with the eq. Man, my stock NV610 sounds so much better now. All the brightness I could ever use and no clack. I used the second eq/filter section to eq the bass in my in-ears to sound like my cab and it really does just that. I've got two gigs to try it out on this weekend but already know that this is going to work.

Yep, I used an NV610 and NV215 together once too, with my SVT VR. Unplugged one cab half way through the first set, nothing came close to it, it just killed . Probably sould not have done it at an indoor venue, even if it was a huge room .

FWIW, my NV610 sounds great with the Mesa Walkabout I recently got for a backup to my SVT-VR.

Goddamn does that cab ever sound good. Great job with that clip...nice to see a lengthy and thorough review. Now to find that tone in something around 50lbs. Heh.

Listen to the xsonics clip at around 6:00. It sounds very much like the nv610 and is the cab Im currently trying out to be my gig cab. Punchy as hell, loud, light, small.

Same here.

I wish there was a NV215 thread!!

The NV610 sounds great but at 41 lbs that little XSonics CF212 kicks serious a$$...
