Best amp for a 2x 112 cab combination?

Just wondering what everybody uses with their 2x 112 rig. I'm looking at Warmth, clarity, and some punch in a compact size for under $1000.

There's literally dozens of choices, but the best bet is always to go out and play through anything that interests you. It's totally subjective, let your ears be your guide.

Those are terms that mean different things to different people. First things off my tongue would be GB Streamliner which is getting rave review right now. They're supposed to be punchy, clean, and a beautiful emulation of a big, warm tube amp. The 600w one can be had for $650 and the 900w for $750.

You don't mention what 112 cabs you have and their power handling rating. That can influence amp suggestions. Before getting my MB 210 combo I used to gig with a single 112 (Avatar) with a GK backline 600
