Not acoustic! I hate those, good started just for some noise but IMO they have no tone.
Anyways, New or used. Doesn't matter. I am selling my old tenor saxophone and its worth about that much, and I need a amp soo...
Thanks guys. |

I'd consider used Ampeg heads, and used GK or Hartke cabs.
Also! This may be pointless to post, but I remember you saying you liked Ibanez SR's and I found this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...#ht_500wt_1154

It can be a combo I guess, I'm looking for over 200w tho, I don't think there are many combos that strong. |

Yorkville/Traynor and Peavey both put out pretty reasonable products in that range too, not brand-name stuff but quite versatile for most genres. Ampegs in this price range did not impress me, YMMV though. |

If you're a "Eden Guy", then save up and get some Eden. |

I'll check it out tho | Thats awesome. Mark is one of my favorite bassists. I'm friends with him on Facebook (but so are 3,000 other people). Anyway, may your quest for tone be a success!
