| Best combo amp under 400 ?

I like companies like Markbass, Trace Elliot, Ampeg, and Line6's. i know very little about amps, but know i want a combo. I mean 400 dollars, used or new. I need atleast 250-300 watts. Thanks for any recommendations.
My current amp is a crappy 400w Combo, thats just plain annoying if you turn it up at any amount of volume, there is always buzzing and its just a muddy crap amp that disgraces my bass.
