Which is better?

Looking at buying a 18" cabinet for the super low end on my bass rig. I play reggae rock blues and am looking for super low end that is loud and at least some what clear. which of these two would be better suited for that application?

Neither. At those prices you're looking at cheap DJ subwoofers that won't deliver the goods. A well engineered and built 18 will run at least twice that price.
