Blindingly bright blue LEDs on Genz Benz

Why are those LEDs so bright? I love my Shuttle 3.0 but those LEDs are scorching my retina. I've tested the Shuttle 6.0 and it also has retina-burning LEDs. What about the 9.0?

The lasers are a FEATURE, my friend. Find a shark to mount your GB mini-head on and you're golden. Nothing is perfect; everyone knows this. Out of the thousands of people that own Shuttle 3.0/6.0/9.0, the handful that can't find anything else to complain about, bitch about the LED. FYI: "The handful" are all right here on TB. Me included. That damn power LED is like Obi Wan's lightsaver thru my skull. Heaven forbid I try to look at my amp on a darkened stage. Oh man...."pppweeeeeeeewww!" right thru my skull!

Tape, sharpie whatever. I get tired of the threads complaining. Didn't you notice them when you tried it? If it sounds good, who cares?

I like mine as it's kind of a mini light show for me on stage - flashing Signal input light, etc.

If it's bothering you that much use a dab of nail varnish to dim it down a bit.

I would be more concerned with the red LED next to the "Protect" text than with the blue ones.

I'm not venting. There is really nothing to dislike about the Shuttle. So, I decided to criticize the LED's

I put pieces of masking tape over the LED's and can comfortably look at them now. I don't hate blue LED's. I LOVE the blue ring of my GK MB200.
