Im sure it does but what does it do?? what are the consequences? they are all 16 ohm drivers so what would that be if im using 3 drivers instead of all four??maybe 5 or 6 ohms??

The unplugged driver will act as a passive resonator, changing the tuning of the cab, causing the remaining drivers to be over-stressed and quite likely you'll end up blowing them as a result.

In addition...

You have 4 16 ohm speakers wired in parallel. If you remove one (and isolate the loose connections so that they do not come into contact) you will have 5.3 ohms.

Your wattage capacity will be lowered from 800 Watts to 600 Watts, so you could blow the other drivers if you are pumping in too much power.
