Just picked it up from Bass San Diego today (great shop).
I'm using it with Bergie 12 stack and Mike Lull M4V. I also have a Genz Benz 6.0.
Aggie form factor is great. Sturdy metal, weight is just right, nice standard Aguilar knobs, perfect size.
Aggie seems loud, quick, and full. Voicing is middle of the road...not as hi-fi, crispy, and bright as the 6.0, but not old school dubby either. The EQ is straight forward and changes the tone appropriately (nothing too drastic). It's got selectable mids, and the drive gives it some nice grit. It has some signature tone to it - mids are a little chewy in a good way.
I dig it! Seems like a nice complement to the 6.0.
Maybe more later when I try it in a mix/live situation.

Check out Pickebass 's Comparison of them. It sold me. I felt like I had switched religions.
I'm looking at 12inch cabs
either Bergies, Aggie SL 112s, or Baer's ML112 / 212. I'm torn.

He's running out of the custom neo speakers from Eminence and once they are gone, Roger said he would have to source a completely new driver, which will change the tone. I believe he mentioned they'll work hard to keep the sound as much as possible, but it will change to some degree. If he can't get any more neo drivers, expect that the weight of the cabs will go up as well.

The SL112 is "airier" and a little darker, with a slightly more old school The SL112 is sooooo light to carry.
Can't go wrong either way.

Thanks. On that note, looks like the Aggie SL wins. I kinda wanna maintain that old school vibe. I like that the th500 is between hi fi and old skool vibe. (more towards old skool).
BUT, I will try a bergie (if i ever come across one) just in case. all opinions valued. Any chance of an audio sample?

To me the TH was voiced a little lower but lot's of headroom...nice surprise! I also have one SL112 and I love it paired with the TH...sooooooo lite...no more Preparation H! I still have a Thunderfunk 750 and (2) Bergy 112 EX's which I will most likely put up for sale. I have the 2nd SL112 on back order with MF...I am confident this will be a solid rig for the smaller/mid size venues we play. A big plus for me is also the "assembled in the USA" too.
