Thinking of picking this up and I was wondering if anyone here has used one.

If the reviews are good I'll put in the order tonight.

Here are the specs.

My advice, DON"T! I had 3 of these, each one was worse than the other...first one, fried, second one, DOA, third one, worked for a week, then died, no power, nothing.

I've just bought one. Haven't had any problems with it at all yet and I am really happy with it. I'm running it through just 1 4x10 cab atm but I'm getting a 1x15 in couple of weeks to utilise the bi-amping feature and sending the highs to the 4x10 and lows to the 1x15.

Bad idea! That 410 can move a lot more air and produce deeper lows than a single 15 will! It will also take more power before giving out and be able to go louder than the 15.

I wouldn't trust anything that even claimed it NEEEDED that much wattage. Something's fishy there.

Peak power ratings. It doesn't have any specifiers (impedance, THD, RMS rating) on the claimed wattage. They rate their guitar heads on max wattage IIRC so I wouldnt put it past them on this.

I've heard a lot of good about these amps and plenty bad also haha. I think it's probably a good amp, but people have had bad experiences with it. I'm thinking about getting one myself and I'm gonna trust the people who say it's good and hope for the best

It's the Behringer/Bugera thing. They produce products at extremely low costs (with quality suffering) and sell them for cheap to budding musicians who are to naive to know what they're buying. It's like buying McDonalds for your bass.

Plus, the power rating is pure marketing BS. It's probably closer to 800w RMS per side at 2 ohms. Still a crapload of power, but totally unnecessary.

Edit: By the way, I defended Bugera for a long time on here until one of my band mate's amps blew after a bit of regular use. That's just silly.
