Right Now I have a Gemini Dual 15" speaker, Behringer 31 Band Eq, an Alesis Compressor, Noise gate, and I am borrowing my band directors Peavey Pvi 4b Amp. I have a Technical pro amp( not the best) on the way as a gift from a friend..Should I add a multi effect pedal for amp and cab modeling??I am not to fond of the current tone I have. Do I need to change any of my gear too?

I wouldn't be fond of my tone either with that gear.

The cab is a cheap DJ PA cab NOT designed to support bass guitar, and the Peavey PA head only gives you 2 bands of frequency adjustment.

The power amp you are getting is going to need a pre-amp in front of it to work.

If you are serious about playing, all that stuff needs to go, and finance a proper bass rig.
