Buying my first cab

Let me first-off say I live in a city where I can only try Traynor, Ampeg, Markbass, GK and cheaper brands.

I'm looking for 1 or 2 cabs with 12" drivers preferably ported for about 1000$. Avatar has the B212 for about 550$(could get 2), Traynor has the TC-412 for about 1000$, Mesa the 212 for 900$ and the 412 for 1350$. The only cab I've tried was the Traynor and I liked it. Which am I better off with?

Not many replies yet. But from the info I have gathered thus far it seems the GK Neo cabs are the best bang for the buck! What head are you going to use with them?

I'm using a Marshall Super Bass for now. I'm a bit skeptical of GK as they use 11-ply Poplar instead of 13-ply Birch for their cabs. I don't know, just seems odd they would use a cheaper wood.
