Question CAB POWER

How bad is it really to under power a cab ?
say the cab is rated 200 rms at 2ohms ,could 60 watts do damage?

You can't underpower a cab. Otherwise, your volume would always have to be on ten.

Question: Who made a two ohm cab?

i just pair it with another 4ohm cab
by the way dose that raise or lower power handling?

There is no such thing as underpowering. You can power a cab rated for 1600 watts with an amp head that only puts out 5 watts. It might not be very loud, but you won't damage either the cab or the amp.
