Cab set-up for Ampeg SVT 200T

Recently purchased this head off of a local player, he threw in an Eminence 1x15 in a custom built cabinet.

I love everything about this amp. I play in a modern rock/indie band and like a thick classic rock sound. Lots of variety with the EQ pull knobs. I play a MIM Jazz w/ Dimarzio Ultra Jazz pups.

I've been playing for a few years, and have limited experience with amps with the exception of a few Peavey combo amps that I started out on.

Was wondering if anyone could give some insight as to a good cabinet pairing for this amp. The 1x15 is great, and I'm getting the tone I want, but would love to have more of a presence in the low end...more of a thump.

Thanks All.

I have an SVT 410hlf and 410 he, used them both with my SVT200t. Its an awesome sounding head, but was rather quiet and kind of thin sounding through the 410he. Then i paired it with a 115he and it sounded perfect. Obviously not practical for most of the shows i play though, so i got a 410hlf. It sounds great with the fender mim standard p bass i have and even better with the p bass special i usually use. Throw in a sansamps bass driver, hell even the art tube mp preamp i use sometimes ($30), and the only thing that sounds better is a real tube amp. The 410 HLF gives tons of low end, just doesn't provide the same vintage thump the 15" is gonna give it.
