Any info about building cabinets? I'm wanting to build a super light weight 200w cabinet. Smaller is better too.

Cabinets are boxes and are incapable of producing wattage. You may want to look into driver assemblies for the reciept of said wattage or look to amplification for the production of said wattage.

As for the lightweight box, check into foamcore plywood. This may help your cabinet weight issues.
