Calculating Internal Volume of Cab

Sign in to disble this ad
I know, it's here somewhere! But it's late, I'm toast, and I need to know... I have internal dimensions of:
24 3/8" X 33 1/4" X 12 3/8"... after converting to decimals, what's the procedure for getting int vol?

Yes, I'm aware that it's a very simple, slower-than-pedestrian question. So call me late for school!

Many thanks.

24 3/8" X 33 1/4" X 12 3/8" = 10,029.55 cu in

Thanks Jazzdog- now, that looks like it's going to be bigger than the < 8 cu ft I was hoping for!

It's a Hartke VX-215... how does this translate to cu ft?

Divide by 1728 to get cu.ft.

5.8 gross, then subtract space taken up by ports, bracing and the speaker baskets to get net volume. Could ballpark it at 5.6.
