A call for help from Gallien Krueger 1001 RB II users

A quick question regarding dimensions. I have a 1001 RB II on order but want to get a cover for it in advance, the dimensions given by GK are Height 59.7cm x Width 62.3cm x Depth 41.9cm, do these dimensions take into account the function knobs that protrude from the face of the amp and the rubber feet on the base? I won't be racking it so will be taking the rack ears off.

Thanks in advance to anyone with a measuring tape.

Is this the combo or just the head? I have the head and can help you if needed, but the measurements seem big? Let me know!
