That's an 8X10 w/ tweeters. I can't see any ports, but I would think they are there some where. It really doesn't look like an Ampeg styled sealed cab design, as for brand I can't see one any better than you can. Cheers.

Id imagine it is a Carvin. Most Peavey's have a shelf port along the bottom of the cab & use a different style grill...

Nope - Carvin's also have a shelf port across the bottom, and have only one horn in the middle of the top 4X10

I'm going to pass this one up, the guy said It has no information on the back plate. I got him to take a speaker out and there was no information there either. He doesn't even know what ohm rating it is.
