The level knob only has an effect when the floor or stage is uneven. Ampeg poached the idea from Winnebago.

First off, why would you want to add another amp? for more volume? if thats the case i would suggest using your balanced line out to the PA. if thats not an option...maybe try a preamp. (i havent ever had to use a preamp myself so corret me where needed on that.) Thats also keeping in mind that the specs suggest it isnt capable of adding another cab.

Short answer is "no you can't".

Your rig is a "combo" with an pre-amp/amp built in. It's built to run stand alone into the speaker that came with it. As stated before, to get more volume, you can run the line out to a PA OR you can also run it to another amplifier/speaker box if you don't have a PA.

Here's a link to the manual. From what I can see, there is no "level" control.

The block diagram shows an HF Level control which isn't visible on the photos and panel diagrams - probably because it's on the back of the cab rather than on the amp chassis? This would control the level of the tweeter.

+1 ................here's the manual

Not sure why you're asking about adding to this combo, but if it's for more power/volume, you can't even add an extension speaker.
For more volume, you could add another amp plus speaker combination, but if you do, you might as well just get one that has what you require to begin with. Such as a 300-500 watt head, and a speaker cab with four tens or two twelves, etc.

+1

You could mod the cab to add a 1/4" output jack that would switch between the internal and external speakers dependent on a 1/4" plug being present for the external cab. Then you could run the previously mentioned cabs or any other cab combo (as long as you don't go below the minimum load rating) and have more volume. More speakers = more volume.
