Can A Schroeder do double duty as a guitar cab?

Specifically the 1210 and 1212 models...I've read that these are very mid-present. With this characteristic, would these cabs work well doing double duty as a cab for electric guitar with the tweeter turned down?

Also, what amps seem to get along well with the Schroeders?

My keyboard player has been using my 1212 for the past 2 years or so as his main cabinet. Different from guitar, but covers a lot of the same ground in the mids and upper ranges.
