Question Can a Walkabout Scout 15 nail Bassman tones?

Tried the Bassman TV 15. Loved the tone and am wondering if it's really that loud as it seemed to need to have both gain & volume knobs turned halfway to get any type of reasonable volume.

The Walkabout Scout is rated 50 watts lower, but sounds more powerful. It could be a wrong impression, but that's the one I walked away with.

In your experience, is the WS 15 able to mimic the TV 15's tone? Or a vintage Bassman at much higher volume? Either or both would be nice, but am curious.
