"Career" Amps

Sign in to disble this ad
Anyone heard of, or have any experience, with these?

I'm trying to swap some excess vaping (e-cig) hardware, and so far only one reply offering a Career 30 watt guitar amp. (I had specified in the ad I wanted a bass amp.) I mainly want it for the headphone out anyway, so I figure if it seems good enough, I may make the trade.
I did a google search and only found some info from a place in the UK, and another ad from Calgary. Nothing really useful, except they're made in Korea.
BTW, I live in an apartment and have 2 small kids, so I have to keep it down. I plan on using it with a Squier Bronco, which has a strat pup anyway, and wouldn't be pushing it, volume wise.
Thanks for any info.

Nothing?
BTW, I'm not trying to trade/sell anything here, this is being done on Kijiji. Please don't think it's spam.
Just looking for info.

No offense. But, mayby the lack of replies is because no one has heard of what you are talking about. I am one who hasn't.

Thanks, 5port, already saw that. It was one of the first that popped up. The person offering the amp says it's 30 watt, and has a (bad) pic in their own ad. I emailed the person and asked for a model #, and they replied LR 018829. That sounds more like a ser# to me. I saw the ad that was posted and by the sounds of it, they have no clue.
Probably a cheap starter rig, maybe even worse than Behringer.

We've got a couple around here, and I was in one a couple of months ago, just out of curiosity. All they had was lots of junk, no amps or instruments. With Kijiji, and a couple of second hand electronics stores, the only things getting to pawn shops are pure junk the others won't touch, or they're good stuff that is way over priced. Won't hurt to look in every now and then though.

If you haven't heard of a name it's either a) complete garbage or b)super boutique awesome. I'm going with the former on this one, seeing as it's called "Career"... I once owned a "Stage" guitar, damn that thing sucked.

I'm thinking the former as well, DiabolusInMusic. I mainly want it for the phone out. Using the PC with headphones is a pain.

@James. I should probably P.M. you with that info, but it's a Prodigy V2 with 10 - 750mah 3v batteries, 2 chargers a car charger and some tips. Hardware only.
