Carvin BRX10.2 - Older neo vs. newer non-neo?

Has anyone played through both versions of this cabinet and, if so, is there any significant difference other than weight? I would like to get a couple of older neo cabinets to save on weight, but if not, I'll just get new cabinets.

Anyone? I know there are a lot of people on here who love the BRX10.2.
