Carvin BX 250

Shot in the dark here... I am building a BFM Jack10 for use as a keyboard amp cab. I noticed the little Carvin BX 250 with the 2 band parametric EQ the other day and was wondering if anyone has any experience with one of these or Carvin bass amps in general to tell me if they think it would have a flat enough frequency response to use for a full range amp kind of application like this.

From all that I've read and heard the Carvin amps are flat and would work very well in this application. I have the BX500 and the BX1500, and am very happy with them.
