| I have the MB12. It's a fantastic sounding combo, particuarly when paired up with a quality extension cab. It's not very loud by itself in a a band situation without an extension cab (I like to use it with a Hartke HyDrive 410). The tone stack is very powerful, musical, and useful. They're not meant for crushing volume in a rock band.
This combo has me very interested in Carvin's bigger heads right now, particuarly the B2000.
