It seems like a good deal, and I don't think I'd need more power at the moment. (I biamp) Anyone have one of these, and is it a good deal?

Or I could get that.

I run a Peavey Windsor for top end, My bottom end Peavey fizzled out a few weeks ago, so I sold that for parts, and am using the money to buy one of these.

That amp's not enough to push lows in biamped system unless you're running your Windsor at a volume of about 1/2 of 1. Speaker sensitivities and some other stuff come into play but in general, you want 2-3 times the power available to put out lows as you have available to put out highs in order to make them come out somewhat even in apparent volume. ie: 300 watts pushing lows with enough speaker(s) to do it with 100watts pushing mids/highs. I've just found that to be good policy over the years and it also makes technical sense provided you're using the right speaker compliment, ie: 215 (or uber high spl 115)lows/112 or 110 guitar speaker or 6"(or 2)+tweet highs depending on SPL of the speakers used.

Would an Acoustic B200H be a better bet? Or I can get a GK Backline 600 relatively cheap. I'm running a Eminence loaded 115, and in the near future may acquire a
Hartke 410.

cool

For that price, I'd say get it. I've owned the PB100/115 combo for years and it's been a workhorse amp. Over two years of loud rock rehearsals, once a week. The compressor and EQ section helps you get the most out of it's 100w.
