Carvin Sc3000 with FH980 cab

Anyone heard of these model Carvins? I believe the fh means folded horn. Anyone know the wattage and power handling? Im looking also at the head and two (what i believe to be) fh980 1x15 cabs.

I owned a FH1800 which is a Carvin 18" JBL folded Horn. Such a sweet amp and cabinet. I used it with my Rickenbacker 4001 Burgandy bass guitar.
