Carvin service for the win......
I just purchased a Carvin PM12A and it showed up at my door not working correctly. I placed a phone call and a call tag was issued and another cab was sent out the same day. I have used many Carvin products through the years, mostly trouble free. (bass amps, mixers, power amps & speakers) Seems like a lot of people like to bag on Carvin here. I just thought I would give some props for their service. Was I bummed it didn't work right away, sure. But any new electronics especially when shipped UPS/fedex get their share of "drop testing" shall we say.
Anyway, props to Carvin for some good customer service.
