Caster holes damaging speakers?

I just replaced all the speakers in my neo410. Sounds amazing. One thing that is not amazing is the choice of casters gk uses....garbage for someone that gigs on the regular. Anyway, there are now 4 holes where the caster sockets were before they snapped off. Will this somehow damage the speaker...I've heard leaks like this can...

On real loud low notes, ill sometimes hear a little chirp of breakup/distortion/whatever....related?

Possible, you'd hear air, maybe a farting sound, don't think it could hurt the speakers unless somethings bouncing around in them
