Castor Wheels

Quick question, my 410HE cabs castor wheels keep falling out. Do I need new wheels or new sockets or both?

Check for metal "springs" around the castor's stem that may have flattened and bend them back out?

Ditto B String.

If that doesn't work you usually have to buy both, so replace both.

Yep, just take a flat blade screwdriver and put it in the space where that brass colored "c" ring goes around the top of the stem. Twist the blade slightly to decompress the ring (move the ends further apart) it won't take much of a twist or movement to make the caster nice and snug again.

What they said. It's the rings. There is not a whole lot on the shaft or in the hole that can wear out.

(Keep your minds out of the gutter boys.)
