e.t8ah250vp is what is written on the fuse
manual says t 8 a h 250 v

i spent 3 hours going around my town to tons of stores and no one has it.

can anyone help me figure out what kind of fuse i need to get?
I can tell you it's a ceramic fuse and that's about the limits of my fuse knowledge.

i don't know if this is right, but this is exactly what the fuse looks like.

google has been useless for me this situation.

Not surprised:
1) Fuse is blown.
2) Can't find a replacement.

What caused the fuse to blow? Do you know?

I highly recommend these guys:

http://www.fusecoinc.com/

Was able to pick up some wicked rated fuses there a while back. Since there was a location in Dallas, I was able to visit them directly.

dont know. went about 2 weeks with my amp not wanting to turn on until i switched plugs on the power strip i was using. then we went to studio and back with it in a ghetto made trailer. its in a nice skb case so idk if it got rattled around too much in the trailer or if the power strip at our singers house was bad. we have a whole PA and 3 amps plugged into 1 room (double wide mobile home) so that might be a problem. someone at a local store told me that it shouldn't blow a fuse at all and it probably needs to be repaired.

It's just an 8 Amp fast blow fuse rated up to 250 volts AC. You do need to at least try to find out why. It could, and probably did, blow because of voltage drop at the source.
