Clueless with Eden Combo

Sign in to disble this ad
So when it comes to amps, I'm pretty much clueless. Just thought I'd point that out first.

Anyway, I have an Eden combo that looks like this

I've been craving a tube sound lately. However, I can't afford both the head and cab right now.

I was wondering if I could buy a separate head (probably a decent Ampeg ) and use it with the speaker on the combo (it's a great practice/small gig amp).

If so, any suggestions?

Thanks!

You can do that only if you can disconnect the internal speaker from the built-in Eden head. Then you connect that to the new head.

You might also try a Tech21 VT Bass pedal instead.

Man, i wish I had your Eden combo. That thing looks like a sweet small-room rig.

If you get a tube Ampeg head, tho, i would recommend getting a proper cab for it.

It's a really nice amp for like a smaller club or when playing a restaurant or something.

Just to give you some perspective of how big it is. Oh, and to show off her new friend I picked up last week
