Combo or Head and Cab? ($500)

Is it even possible to get a head and a cab for around $500? Should I just stick to a combo?

First gig in a couple of weeks, 3 man rock band - think we might have a PA for this gig. Whats the best option?

Have been eyeing up the Fender Rumble 350 combo, will this do me for my first few small gigs?

I've got a friend in a 4 pcs., top-40 rock band that uses the older Fender 210 combo. (The 250 model.)
It sounds pretty good, but it's not a loud, live band, stand-alone. He "always" uses FOH support on a gig.
If you like the sound and use it in the confines of it's only having two tens, it should be great!
For what you get, the price on them is right also!
