Compiling a stack for under £500

Hi there.
Now I know it's definitely possible, however I'm a little inexperienced when it comes to bass amps. My current amp is a 35Watt Gear4Music amp which came with my first bass.. Lovely little amp, but I need more now. For home practice it does the job just fine, and at band practice it just manages to hold up.
Other amps I've played through are a Fender Rumble 100, A Behringer stack (I'll explain) and I own a 50Watt Titan Head I got for £30 from eBay.. Never actually tested it though as A) I own no cabs and B) It recently broke.. (The On/Off potentiometer no longer clicks - Will be replaced though. So I may not need to buy a new head, but we'll see.)
I've been the bassist in the college junior band, and will be moving up to senior band in September as the current bassist has left. I always used his stack which consists of A Behringer BX4500H and matching cabs, Ultrabass BA210 & BA115. So, if he's left that means I must supply my own, and 35Watts VS. Large Orchestra wont do.. Plus, I'd like something for playing live gigs with the band I'm in out of college, and the college tour in Europe next July.
I'm not put off by second hand, and I'm currently using a DeArmond Pilot Deluxe (If that makes any difference?)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Anthony.
