Question Connecting another Cab to a simple combo amp

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi there.

I got a Trace Elliot Combo 715 SMC amp... Just a regular combo amp not too big, not too small

I just got my hands on an old 4x10 cabinet and I wish to connect this cab to the Trace but I can't find another input jack from the amp to connect the other cab...
It just has one for the speaker of the amp which can be easily removed and connect another cab but I wish to run them both at the same time.

Can this be achieved??

Regards

It is likely that your amp cannot handle the lowered impedance of an additional cab or they probably would have included a parallel connection for one.
