Connecting Roland DB500 with Markbass 2x10 (8ohm)

Is it possible to connect my Roland DB 500 amp witm my Markbass 2x10 cab (8ohm) to use the MB cab as speaker for the DB 500?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm having trouble with my rig and I'm trying to determine if the problem I have is caused by my LMK head or by the cab.

The Roland does not have a speaker output tap, only a line out. So you cannot easily use the other cab.
