| cooling X-Treme 5.1 - please help

Hi,
I am Michael from Austria. Maybe one could help me with my brandnew X-Treme 5.1.
I ordered one just before christmas, and this amplifier was noisy, the Voicing section was not working properly and the cooling unit permanently on. I sent the unit back and got another brandnew one within one week. This time, the sound was incredible clear, but the cooler....
In both the manual and homepage, it is mentioned, that the X-Treme 5.1 has a temperature-controlled, non-permanent cooling unit. However, this is now my 2nd brandnew amplifier and both of them started a very noisy cooling just after pressing the power switch. The cooler is even to loud for playing quiet solo parts in smaller rooms or practising. Maybe you could help me? Is anyone there who owns such an amplifier?
