"Correct" way to link two cabs?

Hey guys,

If I'm running a shuttle 9.0 through two bergie 12s, what's the best way to hook them up? Use both speaker outs on the shuttle? Just one to the first cab then from the first cab to the second cab? Does it matter?

The Cabinets are wired in parallel, so it makes no difference.
