Cowhide amp covering.

Hypothetical situation here.... suppose i want to cover a amp and or speaker cabinet in cowhide.

Where would i purchase such material?

I'm not opposed to a cheap look alike.

The only real deciding factor is the price here.

Anybody got any ideas?

Even cowhide pattern tolex would be perfectly fine.

Really different would be leaving the hair on the covering. How about dyed cowhide - when is an orange amp not an Orange?

Aha!

Thanks!

Know of anywhere else? I know how to apply it, just not where to get it. I'd prefer to use a cowhide patterned tolex, but i wouldn't be opposed to using the real deal.

Gotcha. PM sent. Thanks!

I like my amps covered in stuff other than just carpet, or black tolex etc.

I actually got mine at JoAnn Fabrics. That's the super-sexy cabinet that you see above.

It's fake ostrich. They had all kinds of vinyl: the other candidate was a patent leather lookalike.
