Crown Drivecore XLS bridge mode

Sign in to disble this ad
On my old Crown CE1000, the instructions were to use only the channel one volume control when operating in bridge mode and to set the channel two volume control to 0 (well, minus infinity, actually).

Is this the same with the new Drivecore XLS series? Or should I set both channels' volume controls to max? Of course the manual and the Crown online site say nothing about this.

Thanks for your help!

The volume is controlled by channel 1 in bridge (works for me anyway).

Make sure you're using a bridge cable.

Yeah I don't think it matters about the channel 2 control, it won't affect anything.

I have both of mine up. Don't think it really matters, never really thought about it.

It is a bit more metal to turn both of them up. So it depends on what music you're playing.
