I'm enjoying my new Shuttle 6.0 and think it's gonna work well for me. Now I'm thinking about different cabinets. The GB NEOX 212T is an obvious choice and lots of folks seem very happy with the combination. 4 ohms makes it very compatible with the capability of the 6.0. I'm betting it moves plenty of air with a single cabinet.

But....

How would this compare to a GK Neo 212-II AND a Neo 112-II? I figure I could use the 112 alone for small gigs where portability and space is important, and break out the 212 for bigger gigs when PA support is limited. The daisy-chained combination would drive the same power as the NEOX into 3 12s instead of 2, for about the same price.

Thoughts?

The power would be divided evenly between the two cabinets so you'd still be limited to the 112 could handle but sure you could do it as long as they're both 8ohm cabs.
