this day, whit a lot of Gas and tons of happines, buy one Ibanez Promethean P300H
The amp sound very fine! but... 20 min playing... the amp have a heart attack.
in my experience, the power supply capacitor is broken. First sound like descomprecion, and some ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ (like fried egg)... the smoke are very nice...
some pick
[IMG] [/IMG]
Now can do two ways.
One
I buy the last amp in stock, so cannot change the amp for another. the opcion is my money back... and not have amp. because this is a warrantee.
Two
The seller can repair the amp. If is the capacitor... is not problem, but is a new amp... the capacitor can broken in years not in one moment
repair, or money back... that is the question

It is otherwise a fine amp. |

| | | | Did you buy it to a Chilean store? Just wondering what could happens if you plug a 110V 60hz amp to a 220 50hz power outlet. |

However amps usually do die right away, if they are going to, when they are new.
Get your money back and go by the same amp at a retailer who has one in stock?

Although, if there are switches in the back, make sure they are set for 220V, 50hz.....next time...on your new amp.
I would get my money back. Then buy another amp you like in Chile. Even if it's another Promethian, I would not keep this same one. |

Buena suerte!
