DI with 2 separate inputs?

is the bassbone the only option? looking for something that i could use bass and sometimes one more instrument with. Possibly keys. I want it to be in stompbox form

Some of the small mixers are the only ideas I have and use. The bassbone is one input at a time. If you need to play more than one input, the mixer path is the best.

You can connect two instruments into this, then hit the switch to toggle them. You would still need one DI box though. This unit worked awesome for me every time I used it.

On the cheap you might want to check out the behringer DI-20 which is basically two DI boxes in one small, about (!) boss-sized box.
