Whats the difference between these 2 ampeg cabs?

Do they sound alot different?

Does one sound better than the other?

Why is one cheaper than the other?

Thanks!

IME, the SVT series for Ampeg is pro-grade, the B series is generally not as robust, and doesn't sound as good, either...

In this particular case, the SVT cab not only sounds better, it'll handle more watts, and definitely take far more abuse than the B series 410s...

i have them both, and would choose the SVT over the B series every time, but i only paid $50 for the B series and it looked brand new. I use the SVT through a SVT 4-PRO, and the b series through a B2RE for practice at my house.

It's called the "B series" for a reason. Lower quality, cheaper construction, entry level gear.
