They've only just hit the streets earlier this summer, so maybe not quite, yet.

ron blair with tom petty and the heartberakers is using two heritage svt-cl's and two 810e's. so far he's the only bigtime pro i've seen using them. one of the tb regulars, buster brown, is also a pro and he's using a heritage cl/810e as well.

got no clue. i've yet to hear the heritage svt rig, and since i have a vintage svt/810, i've got no desire to buy one. but buster has raved about how he's getting the best sound he's had since he owned a vintage svt/810, and nobody in the heartbreakers endorses anything, and ron can afford to play anything he wants. so i'd imagine he likes them quite well

i see. I wanted to play one at my local guitar center but they dont have any. I was playing an EBMM stingray classic 4 yesterday when i was down there through a GK combo amp and an Ampeg combo amp. The Ampeg was a match made in heaven for that bass. I cant wait til i get some money and buy myself an Ampeg stack and a musicman classic

if you like the ampeg combo amp, just wait, bro...you ain't heard nuthin' yet!

btw, i've seen people put together svt/810 rigs for dirt cheap...some for less than $1000. patience is definitely a virtue.
