Do Ashdown supply spare parts? Say, a grille for a combo? Or do you have to send the amp in to them?

In my one, out-of-warranty experience, they just mailed me the handles I needed for a combo amp. No charge, even. This was about 7 years ago.

What about more expensive parts such as drivers or amp shells?

I'm pretty sure if it's under warranty they make you either take it to an authorized shop or ship it back. If it's out of warranty they'll sell you the part and let you install.

I had a friend who worked in a music venue that was sponsored by Ashdown. They gave the venue a free bass-amp for each stage. One popped a driver, and he just called them and they managed to send one by the next day! Ashdown's customer service seems fairly top-notch, you can even find them on facebook to ask about it!
