To do or not: Marshall VBA 400

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi guys,
In a matter of seconds, I'm going to purchase a marshall vba.
It will be a total of 1100 euro's with a vbc 412.
I have tried it, it sounds nice, but I'd rather prefer a little less wattage before breaking up the tubes.

It will be a YES or NO.
The most of these 2 will be my answer,
Thanks

I don't know if that's a good price (I just don't know the value where you are located etc.) but that's a nice tube amp.

Hopefully with the purchase of it you will be playing bigger and bigger venues and you will be glad you have the wattage

From what I've heard it is a great amp that is reliable, has huge headroom and tone for days... if that helps.

Why?

It's a totally pro rig that will work well most anywhere...have classic marshall tube sound, and if you're totally insane and want MORE it'll easilly push a second cab.

So why not?

I just ran a currency converter and that comes to $1424 US. That doesn't seem unreasonable for that rig...here anyway.

Do it! You can flip it if you don't like it for close what you paid, I'd bet.

That amp is one tough looking piece of gear, the specs sound awesome should be sweet...... If I had the clams, I'd do it.... Enjoy, let us know how it sounds.

DO! I think that's dirt cheap for an amp that good WITH a matching cab. Heard it numerous times and liked it a lot. Plus hardly ever heard anything bad about it, think it's a gem.
