It is amazing, and is a great indication of the level of service this company provides, that when you click on the 'service and technical support' link on the website, you get this email:

jeff.genzler@kmcmusic.com

*and I just called Genz Benz with a tech question this past Monday. The receptionist transferred my call to Jeff directly and he answered my questions and was very accessible.

* If only the Government was this efficient and effective with customer support!

Big +1.

The service I have gotten from Genz-Benz is nothing short of stellar. Jeff Genzler is awesome at personally getting your problem sorted out as fast as possible too. Just amazing.

And AT&T, B of A, Comcast, the local power company, etc.

Just saying...

I wrote to the generic GB email address and got a quick reply from Jeff. Very impressive!

No, you can't reach Jeff Genzler anymore.... sadly

I've emaliled to this adress today.... and someone else replied, so not Jeff at all but Joshua Inouye, brand manager for SWR and Genz Benz, working for FMI of course.

I was telling all my anger about their stupid politics that drive us to not be able to find anymore new GB products in France.

of course, joshua gently recommended me to purchase.... anywhere else in Europe, but not in France. If he wants us to make all the shops close in France, that's the good deal for sure...

The fact is: sales persons @ Fender France wants the dealers to buy for 20 000 € of fender array, from the squier to the custom shop, before purchasing any else brand they import by KMC.

So you can easily imagine what the shop tenders reply me" Ahem sorry, don't want to have problems with my bank, so won't be able to get your genz Benz Focus cabinet".

Same issue when you want to get brands from Yamaha, Roland or Gibson.... that means 75% of the on-demand market in our country.... I let you imagine what you can find in shops when you do't live Paris Lille or Lyon, means all the west side (where I am located) can't get those products..... no really, thanks with those politics guys. Now we know why the "Salon de la Musique" in Paris doesn't exist anymore....

Thanks for us in France Jeff, you really choose the wrong company with FMI.....

Jeff has been out of the office over the holidays and will return next week.

Is there something I may be able to help you with?

The government is going to get your money no matter what, so why bother, eh?

Funny story - I was auditioning amps at The Bass Place in Scottsdale with my upright. While I was playing a Shuttle 6.0 (which I ended up buying), a guy comes up to ask me what I think of it. We talked amps for a little, then after he left, one of the guys at the store told me it was Jeff Genzler. I had no clue, but later saw his pics in magazine ads, yep that was him.
