Does speaker power handling change with Impedance
I was trying to ask this question yesterday but I couldn't figure out how to word it

The answer hasn't changed, it is no. Impedance and power handling are two separate issues with speakers.

Speaker impedance will affect the power the cab draws from the amp, it does not affect how much power the speaker can handle.
Impedance is measured in Ohms, a unit of electrical resistance. A lower impedance (4 ohms) offers less resistance to the amp and allows more power (watts) to flow. None of this has any effect on how much wattage the speaker can handle before overheating/ distorting/ failing.
