That was the most horrid, morbid ad ever.

And anyway, I thought you were just telling us not to play metal. Which made plenty of sense to me.

Indeed. That seems to be the way of talkbass. I swear at times there were at least two threads running concurrently of the big NAMM show Ampeg 32x10 or whatever it was, even several years later.

I took a stab at using Guitar Rig once, couldn't stand the latency and the not having actual knobs.

While the picture is funny, I see nothing wrong with it. Just a creative way of covering up the rigging and pyros.
